Individual Therapy
Are you at a crossroads in your life where something inside of you tells you that life feels off or imbalanced, or you never feel like enough or content with where you are at? When you feel like your life direction is murky, you doubt your decisions, and often lack a sense of calm self-knowing, therapy with me will help you rediscover (or discover for the first time) more life satisfaction and confidence. Entering a therapeutic space with me will be a start or continuation to uncovering the obstacles keeping you from living your most authentic and contented life.
In therapy with me, I bring my own experiences and understanding of how hard it is to be human. Through bringing my lived experience to the healing process, I strive for you to feel like somebody really “gets” you. Clients often come to me hoping to heal issues related to oppression, trauma, low self-esteem, self-criticism, chronic stress, chronic illness, managing being highly sensitive, and coping with feeling chronically othered in the world.
I will provide you with a holistic healing space that feels gentle, non-judgmental, collaborative, and grounded so that you can find your truths and your way through challenging times. I often find that long-term work together is where the deepest healing can occur. I will dedicate my compassion, empathy and wisdom to you as we walk together on this path towards your wellness.
